The owner, Mindy “MG” Green, is a graduate of Morgan State University. She has
been a licensed makeup artist since 1995 and Cosmetologist since 2005. She started
her professional career with Christian Dior as a makeup artist. She continued to
work in various beauty specialty stores building her skills and knowledge. MG soon
branched out as a freelance artist working for such clients as M.A.C. Cosmetics,
Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, Nordstrom and Lancome.
MG has worked with the award winning photographers Roy Cox and Reggie Wells to name
a few. MG has done TV work for clients such as Fox News Channel, BET, Met Life
Insurance and Hanes/Playtex. Her print work has been seen in publications such as
Sophisticates Hairstyling Guide, Style Q, and Rap Pages Magazine. MG was a featured
artist for DC Fashion Week, Baltimore Fashion Week, For Sista’s Only and
Sensationnel’s Hair Idol Competition."
